Intune Music Activities at Japan Creative Centre JCC!

Intune Music School was actively involved in a few activities at the Japan Creative Centre (JCC) during these past few months.

The first event was held on 23 June 2012, and our director Mr. Peng Chi Sheng was invited to give a talk on the music in the film 'Nodame Cantabile Final', which was screened at JCC to a select audience. Chi Sheng also invited his student and friend, Ms. Sim Boon Hui, to also share her thoughts about the music in the film and also share some insight about the composer of the music.

It was a lovely sharing session which ended with a certificate presentation by the Director of JCC, Minister Hiroyuki Yamamoto.

The 2nd event that our director Peng Chi Sheng was involved in incidentally was the Farewell of Director of JCC, Minister Hiroyuki Yamamoto on 6 Sep 2012. This event was a farewell party and Chi Sheng conveyed our best wishes to the minister, wishing him all the best in his future endeavours!

Chisato Kusunoki @ Japan Creative Centre Artist Talk on 6 July 2011

Intune Music School organised an Artist Talk for Ms. Chisato Kusunoki at the Japan Creative Centre, on 6 July 2011, as part of her pre-recital promotional activities.

Ms. Chisato first met up with her supporters and fans at Japan Creative Centre, and held a 30 minute sharing session at the centre, answering many questions about her music and her personal life.

After this sharing session, the audience proceeded to Steinway Gallery Singapore @ Palais Renaissance, to listen to Chisato play on the Steinway piano for a mini recital.
